Pleasant surprise, for the traditional crowd there are simple dishes full of flavour excellently cooked. For the creatively twisted crowd a new take on known dishes with modern techniques. The vitello tonnato was superb, and the tomato risotto was heavenly. The restaurant itself is dark allowing for every table to visually isolate itself from the others, a welcome sense of privacy. A well deserved Michelin Star.

We stumbled upon this delightful restaurant today. What an absolute delight! At the time, we were unaware of their Michelin Star; were not quite sure what we ordered; and frankly, were a little tired and cranky. Nonetheless, from our first bite, to our last, we were enchanted. Wholeheartedly, I recommend the food, staff, venue, and overall experience.
Fantastic experience a few kilometers from Turin. Surely the most interesting proposal of the city. I recommend to everyone the trip to this place where the technique, the taste and the genius meet around the table.
Working away with Business, I asked for a recommendation and was told of about Trattoria Zappatori. I was blown away by the food and for such a reasonable price, I don't think I have had a better meal.

Let's start from the location. Very intimate environment with attention to every detail.
As for the food, the dishes are exquisite and always taken care of down to the smallest detail.
Two menus, the 1975, every single dish was delicious, honorable mention for the plin in broth and what a broth!
The market, with dishes that vary according to the season, always has something new to try.
Excellent wine list with proposals of all kinds.
Impeccable service, very knowledgeable and kind.
Taking advantage of the business breakfast menu, I was able to try almost all the dishes and I haven't yet found one that hasn't wowed me. Every time coming to try Chef Christian's cuisine is a pleasure.
Definitely the best restaurant in the Pinerolo area and surrounding areas.
